i'm now pining for this delft flatware chest from anthropologie.
just for that secret drawer on the bottom (well, ok, not so secret, but i like to think of it that way), that i would leave pulled out to collect things is enough to make me happy. acacia wood, linen, felt and brass.

I saw and loved this as well. These show up at the flea market quite often, so reather than spend 200 bucks, I've resolved to buy one and do something rare and ingenious to it.
