why not display these fake cakes by amy sedaris next time a visitor drops by. looking almost good enough to eat, pick from chocolate, pink, yellow and white.

I have such a girly crush on amy sedaris. funny story: she was recently in town, speaking and signing books at my local library (!!!). I was so excited when I heard she was going to be here but stupidly showed up only 30 minutes before the book signing. the line to get in was UNBELIEVABLE. I stood there a good 45 minutes before I finally came to terms with the fact that I would not be getting in. oh well... I came so close!
