this image by luckyfish caught my eye in flickr the other day and i immediately thought it was taken in new york. it just has that feel. perhaps it has something to do with the atmosphere the holga added to it, but it definitely did't look like vancouver. or the typical vancouver image. this is the eastside; and degan has captured it so well.

yeah, this definitely has a nyc abandoned lot feel to it... what a gorgeous shot. a couple of years ago, I might not have felt like that... but this is what flickr has done to me. I am seeing photography with such new eye these days...
