it's beginning to look alot like christmas
it's funny, us canadians. or we're funny i should say. living on the west coast, we can actually (really) go a whole winter without a dump of snow and it happens, but for some reason because of that, we think we're in california. we plant these palm trees (that actually survive our winters), to keep us thinking we don't live on the 49th parallel.
even i just the other day, told my fellow southern blogger that it doesn't snow here much. well on the mountains and upper levels, but not down here in sunny vancouver, california. ha!

yes, I was so surprised to hear that! actually, I'm still so puzzled by this, considering how far north you are... I am afraid that I am missing something basic in the way of geography and weather and am revealing some ignorance here...!
