heather johnston photography
the les fleurs fine art canvas collection from vancouver photographer/artist, heather johnston is a series of flora images referencing botanical prints from the 19th century. the canvases are a unique combination of photography and hand-painting on canvas stretched over a wooden frame. each is treated with several layers of a special coating for protection against scratches and ultraviolet light exposure. these are actually very beautiful in person. available here.
