we were ugly so we made beautiful things
by david barringer. the title of this book grabbed my attention, and then looking further i saw that the cover and illustrations were done by eduardo recife. i knew i just had to see this book. reading the reviews makes me interested even more. each story completing the phrase "we were ugly so we made beautiful things out of..." in pieces ranging from concrete fiction to poetic onslaughts. through wordriot press. (via mintea-de-ceai).
